Return Policy

At November New Edge Pharmacy & Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. While we aim for accuracy and quality in every order, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Here’s our return policy to guide you

  • Only products purchased from us are eligible for return.
  • Sales or Return (SOR) items can be returned under agreed terms.
  • Non-SOR items must be returned within 7 days of supply.
  • Products must be unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Damaged or deformed items must be returned at the point of supply.

1. Notify Your Sales Representative (SR)

  • Let your SR know about the return request.
  • The SR will seek approval from the Sales Department.

2. Have your Return Ready

  • Your SR will crosscheck the items on the list with you.
  • Necessary documents would be signed and the return products handed over.

3. Return Inspection

  • Our Inventory Manager will inspect the items to confirm their condition and authenticity.

4. Receive Confirmation

  • Once approved, a signed copy of the Return Form will be issued to you.

  • If payment has not been made, the return value will be deducted from the original invoice.
  • If payment has already been made, the return value will be deducted from your next order.
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after verification.
  • Exchange items are subject to availability.
  • A restocking fee may apply in some cases

  • Returns without proper documentation may be declined.
  • This policy helps us serve you better with transparency and efficiency
