Sales or Return (SOR) Program

We understand that committing to new product lines or expanding your offerings can be financially risky. That’s why November New Edge Pharmacy & Store bear all the risk and introduce the Sales or Return (SOR) Program for all new partners on their first order.
Under this arrangement, eligible pharmacies and healthcare providers can stock select items without upfront risk. If some items do not sell within the agreed timeframe, usually 4 to 8 weeks, they can be returned in good condition, subject to our return policy.
The SOR Program is our way of helping partners test market demand, build customer confidence and reduce deadstock. It’s ideal for newly launched products or smaller outlets seeking to try high-value items. With this flexibility, your business can grow more confidently, knowing that we’re invested in your success.
