That’s not all we will still be working with you beyond the shelf life of all our products, so there is no room to entertain any fear. The risk of working with us is at the barest minimum.

No. We currently do not operate a walk-in-store for retail
customers. We are a wholesale-only supplier and do not
sell to retail customers. We work with pharmacies, hospitals,

Yes. As a wholesale distributor, we typically process orders
with a minimum value or quantity depending on the
product category. Your Sales Rep will guide you on specifics.
Yes. We offer Sales or Return (SOR) terms to eligible
partners. This allows you to return unsold items (in good
condition) within a specified time, subject to our return
policy.
Yes. We deliver nationwide through verified courier partners.
Delivery time depends on your location and order size.
For Abuja-based partners, delivery is typically within 24–48
hours. For other parts of Nigeria, it may take 2–5 working
days, depending on logistics and location.
Delivery charges may apply based on your order size,
location, and the delivery arrangement with your Sales
Rep. In some cases, we offer free delivery for large-volume
orders.
SOR items can be returned under agreed terms.
Non-SOR items must be returned within 7 days of supply.
Products must be in original, unopened, and resalable
condition.
Returns must be documented and inspected before
acceptance.
Please notify your Sales Rep immediately upon delivery.
We will arrange for inspection and replacement where
applicable. Damaged items must be reported at the
point of supply or within 24 hours.
Yes. All our products are imported through licensed and
regulated channels. For hospital or regulatory documentation
needs, we can provide necessary supporting documents.
